[12:04] WingedWolf> Today we start on constructs. Because all of the construct abilities are generally used at the same time, we’ll go over the entire aspect rather than going through one at a time, though of course creating a construct is a systematic process.
[12:04] Michael3_> WW…is it ok if i just watch and listen?
[12:05] WingedWolf> We won’t need partners for the class today. I don’t quite know why someone would want to just watch other people do this, but whatever.

[12:06] WingedWolf> Ok, is everyone here able to make a “psi ball”?

[12:08] WingedWolf> All right, then the first step will be to make one. First, charge your hands…as you gather energy there, concentrate on how long you want your construct to last. Give it a lifespan of 10 minutes. The field format energy is what controls longevity, so this is the first thing you do when you start to create a construct.
[12:10] WingedWolf> Once you have your hands charged, then you shape the energy…project it from your hands so that it basically pools there, and then project energy from your crown at it, while strongly visualizing the shape you want it to be–in this case, a ball. Don’t use too much force, or you might wind up disrupting it more than shaping it.
[12:10] WingedWolf> At this point, you should have a psi-ball, which you can set down on your desk or somewhere nearby (preferably not on metal).
[12:11] RainTurtle> ok
[12:11] WingedWolf> After you set it down, you can check for it by bringing your hand slowly toward it until you feel its charge…you can probably make out the shape, as well, but be careful not to put your hand through it.
[12:12] WingedWolf> Everyone able to do this?
[12:12] _Recoil_> Yup

[12:13] WingedWolf> Ok.
[12:14] WingedWolf> This exercise was mainly to test your control over longevity…something which you probably haven’t encountered in most instructions on making psi balls. It’s often wiser to give a construct a limited lifespan than to simply make it last as long as possible…that way, it can fulfill its function, and it will dissipate afterward.
[12:14] WingedWolf> You don’t have to worry about someone else altering its program, or what will happen to it after you’re done with it.

[12:20] WingedWolf> Next, you’re going to make something more complex.
[12:20] WingedWolf> Make this one last about 40 minutes.

[12:22] WingedWolf> Hold your hands about a couple feet or so apart, and while you project the energy from them, concentrate on making it last for 40 minutes…at the same time, project from your crown, and send the image of a cat.
[12:22] WingedWolf> When you’re done, you should have a stationary cat-shaped construct.
[12:23] WingedWolf> Let me know when you are done.

[12:24] WingedWolf> Ok. Now, you’re going to add programming.
[12:25] WingedWolf> The first program you will put in will be a self-destruct command.
[12:25] WingedWolf> This will enable you to quickly destroy the construct, if you should happen to lose control of it.
[12:26] WingedWolf> This could be a simple projected mental command, or something along that line…just be careful not to send it inadvertantly after you put the command in. Program in the command by projecting energy into your construct from your third eye, while concentrating on the program.
[12:26] WingedWolf> Your subconscious will fill in a lot of the details…simply think of what you want to happen, and under what circumstance.
[12:28] WingedWolf> After you have put this program down as a foundation, continue sending energy into the construct, while concentrating on having it act like a cat–think of everything you can about how a cat acts, and moves, the sounds it makes, etc. The final command you send will be something like a simple “execute” command, that will allow the construct to start moving around according to the program.

[12:34] WingedWolf> Next, you’ll program in abilities. This is a solar plexus/stream format function. You cannot program a construct to do anything that you, yourself can’t do, because your subconscious won’t have the right information to send to it…there are very few exceptions to that general rule.
[12:35] WingedWolf> Good, Lemmy…probably it is.
[12:35] _Recoil_> That limits things :)
[12:36] WingedWolf> Yes…so, now, give your cat the ability to shield itself. You know how to make a shield, so concentrate on how that is done, while sending energy from your solar plexus into the construct…don’t use too much force.
[12:36] WingedWolf> Let me know when you have that done.

[12:38] WingedWolf> Basically, you use the input function of the construct shaping ability.
[12:38] WingedWolf> I’ll have you scan your constructs in a moment, to see if you can get those details.

[12:39] WingedWolf> However, the real test of input ability will be in the next class, where you will be scanning your partner’s construct, rather than your own.

[12:41] WingedWolf> All right. Now, you know how to scan a person….you can scan a construct or spirit in the same way. Use a light projection of energy, and use energy from each of the nerve clusters, and see what you can pick up. Go ahead and say it in the channel.

[12:41] WingedWolf> Your own…just check and see if the shape is right, the behavior is what you wanted, etc.
[12:42] _Recoil_> Feels like a cat that’s just been ran over
[12:42] WingedWolf> If it helps, close your eyes to cut down on the other sensory input.
[12:42] _Recoil_> The basic shape is there but it’s like it’s spent 20 mins in a microwave and started to melt

You might want to work on making constructs in between now and the next class, too…just remember to put in a self-destruct command, and do not make ones that replicate themselves.
